How do I enrol?

Can I enrol in multiple programs?
Absolutely. Each program focuses on different repertoire and is designed to achieve different musical goals, making them highly complementary.
Can beginners join an ensemble?
Yes, beginners are welcome. However, we strongly recommend pairing ensemble participation with one-on-one tutoring to build foundational skills and learn repertoire more effectively.
Do I need to commit long-term?
After your free trial, enrolment is for the remainder of the term. You may choose not to continue at the end of each term. While you’re free to stop attending classes at any time, fees are non-refundable for missed sessions.
Who teaches the classes?
All classes are led by nationally recognised musicians with professional performance and teaching experience. Depending on the program and schedule, you’ll work with a dedicated teacher for the duration of the term.
How is ensemble placement determined?
We begin by asking where you feel your current level sits. During your free trial, we assess your playing and then recommend the most suitable level to ensure the best learning experience.
Where are classes held?
Classes are held at our studio in Sydney’s Northwest region. Full location details are provided upon enrolment.
How does payment work?
An invoice is issued at the beginning of each term. Payments can be made via bank transfer or cash.
Are performances included?
Yes. We present end-of-semester concerts, and advanced ensembles may also have opportunities to perform at professional gigs.
Cancellation Policy/Missed Lessons
Missed lessons with more than 24 hours’ notice may be credited toward the following term but are not refundable. A maximum of two missed lessons may be credited per term. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund or credit. It is the parents' responsibility to notify missed lessons.
How long are ensemble classes?
Ensemble classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes with a short break in between, helping students stay fresh, engaged, and ready to play their best.
What if my usual teacher is unavaliable?
If your regular teacher is unavailable, we will arrange a replacement teacher who is equally or more qualified. If a replacement cannot be arranged, you will be notified and refunded for that lesson.
